Emma pulled up Wednesday in her new car. She is thrilled to have automatic tranmission. Now when she get bucked off of Poky she'll still be able to drive.

We started through Sundance and came home on an unpaved road near Heber right by Soldier Hollow Olympic Park. It was nice to get out and about. We even saw a 2 point buck coming for water.

Noah Turns 16

Noah Turns 16 Originally uploaded by Grandma Boren . It is a good thing that Noah doesn't turn 16 everyday. I don't think we would live much longer. My sister, Sandy, and her children went with us to Lagoon Amusement Park to celebrate. They are visiting from Citrus Heights, CA to bring her son Roger to the MTC. Elder Astle enters the MTC on Wed. the 23rd to serve in the Pittsburgh, PA Mission. So we went to Lagoon at 11:30am-6:00pm. We went on a LOT of rides. Noah's favorite is the Spider, a roller coaster where the cars spin. It is pretty fun. Noah also got a present he loves-a portable DVD player. He watched Mary Poppins to and from the park. We stopped at Wal-mart on the way home and grabbed a cake. When we finally got home the Eldards came over and brought Noah some Mickey Mouse ice cream pops and Fat Boy strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars. The Eldards sure spoil us!
